Spatial Design Architects were appointed by a private client to design, detail and deliver for their 5 bedroom 'new build' family home over 3 floors delivering our full architects’ service. The brief was to design a traditional house with a modern interior.
We undertook the project from conception through to completion and co-ordinated all planning and building regulations approvals, providing contract administration and project management services up to handover.
A centralised two storey main entrance hall with a bold white and hardwood walnut staircase sits comfortably within, the hallway opens into the rear open plan, kitchen, dining and family room space, the space was designed across the full width of the house and a doubled sided gas fire separates the dining and family room zones internally.
