Grove & Dean Insurance company approached Spatial Design Architects to design and project manage the relocation of their new call centre HQ within Hornchurch Business Centre, alongside the refurbishment and renewal of vacant retail units along Hornchurch High Street.
The project involves a complete refurbishment of the business centre, including the renewal of the existing shopfronts.
The proposal introduces new and cohesive shopfront façades that enhances the High Street frontage, creating a unified identity while allowing each unit to retain its own character for future occupiers.
Internally, the building has been refurbished and modernised to enhance functionality and operational efficiency, providing a flexible and professional workspace suited to the requirements of a modern headquarters environment.
Spatial Design Architects have been responsible for the project from concept through to achieving planning permission and are on track to deliver and coordinating the refurbishment works.
The proposal aims to ensure a high-quality outcome that strengthens Grove and Dean's business presence and contributes positively to the wider streetscape.
