Spatial Design Architects were contacted to undertake the design and gain planning permission for a single storey contemporary outbuilding.
The new outbuilding blends modern design with functionality featuring sleek black cladding, complemented by expansive glazed panels and rooflights that flood the interior with natural light.
Inside features an open plan layout combining bar and cinema room spaces beneath a vaulted ceiling. At the rear, dedicated gym offers a private and well-equipped area, making the outbuilding a stylish and welcomed addition to the property.
The design incorporates:

- Gym space and Dance Studio
