The proposed Villa Alba has been carefully designed in accordance with local village height restrictions.
The scheme evolved from two distinct built forms, linked by a central entrance and circulation space that acts as the heart of the home.
The principal living areas are arranged to maximise views, with expansive glazed façades overlooking the swimming pool and extending towards the sea beyond.
The result is a contemporary villa that draws inspiration from Mediterranean simplicity, balancing clarity of form with a strong connection to its landscape.
